Sean McTigue, President
Immigrated from Co Leitrim, Ireland on 1989. Sean studied architecture in Ireland and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Target Custom Homes, Inc. Sean also owns and operates Target Contracting, Inc., an award-winning drywall and acoustical ceiling sub-contractor in Northern New Jersey. Target Contracting is the recipient of the 2005 NJ Sub-Contractor of the Year Award, presented by DISCA. Sean has worked with Architects, Engineers, Building Department Officials, ad Surveyors on behalf of Clients for nearly two decades. Sean's duties include: project management, scheduling, estimating, design consulting and budget control.
Tim O'Neill, Project Supervisor
Tim joined Target in 1998 and brings with him 23 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. His combination of "hands-on" field experience, client experience and ability to work with architects and designers has produced magnificent results for our clients. Tim's duties include: quality control, purchasing, sub-contractor liaison and client relations.
